1. Privacy Policy
We collect customer information only to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support and meet legal requirements. 2. Feedback & Complaints
Customers may submit questions, requests, or complaints through our website contact form or by email at service@apac-spe.vn. Please include your order number and details of the issue. We will normally respond within seven working days.
3. Price Policy
All prices are displayed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include VAT. Delivery, installation, or other additional costs are not included. Prices and promotions may change, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Payment Policy
Customers may pay using the methods shown during checkout or on our invoice. Orders will be processed after payment is confirmed. Payments should only be made to the official company account provided by APAC Sports Performance Equipment Vietnam Company Limited.
5. Conditions of Sale
Orders are subject to product availability, payment confirmation, and delivery coverage. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information. Products must be assembled, used, and maintained according to the supplied instructions.
6. Delivery, Returns and Refunds
Delivery time and charges will be confirmed before dispatch. Customers should report incorrect, missing or damaged products within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns must be approved in advance. Products must normally be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Customized, assembled, or used products cannot be returned unless defective or required by law.

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–14 working days. Product defects will be handled under the applicable Concept2 warranty and Vietnamese law.
